My dream car

In my dreams & future

I’m sure everyone out there either guy or girl have thought of a car which they really wanted in their life. Well for me it is the Nissan 350Z otherwise known as the Fairlady. This car is not only so beautiful but it is also one of the most affordable sports cars in the world. It has fine streamlines and a unique shape which makes it eye catching to almost everyone.

The Fairlady darling can take to you from 0-100km/h in just 6 seconds with 300 over horsepower which will sure to give you a rush of adrenaline.  This car also has the most beautiful interior with smooth lines across its dashboard and seats. The car is perfect for someone who admires beauty and power. My dream is to have this car in Black yes not the ordinary girly pink but super shiny black and glossy . After all a beautiful lady has to own a fair-lady car ;) hehe!
So what is your dream car?

So sudden to Genting and it was raining! Brrrrr

Planned at 6pm, left at 10pm, reached at 11pm and came back at 3am with my wackiest and coolest friends! :) It was super cold up there yesterday as it was raining whole day. We took one night drive up slowly to enjoy the cold breeze touching our faces. I know this sounds dumb but me and my friend literally stuck our tongues out to feel the icy cold wind haha :) Climbed up the Cradle Rock, a must stop spot every time to Genting. Later we walked around theme park and inside of the casino. Going into casino was our very first time and to much expectations, we were disappointed. It doesn't seem to be like how it looks in movies, so happy, noisy, lively and all that! It was indeed so quiet and sad place as everyone was losing perhaps ;) haha Before leaving we had some drinks and snacks to keep us warm and wait for the heavy rain to stop. What a lovely weather it was up there but when I woke up this morning it's all so sunny and hot here! :( Oh man.

You would have never thought of these :) Simply brilliant!

Back in November

My dad is a vegan where he doesn't take eggs, milk, honey or meat in his diet. Buying a cake for his birthday was impossible and me and sister decided to bake him one! It's no secret, and I would like to share it here.

Ingredients

Cake Ingredients

1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp distilled white or apple cider vinegar

Chocolate Glaze

1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp soy milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

As for the steps, it begins more likely like any cake. Firstly preheat the oven to 350 degrees and then you can start mixing the dry ingredients.  Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt with a fork, making sure it is really blended together and then add the water, vanilla, oil, and vinegar, and again, mix together so that it's really blended together.

If you have realized vinegar in this recipe you might wondering why? Vinegar is a common ingredient in baked goods and also the key ingredient in this recipe which has a sharp flavor. But as an acid, vinegar is often used to react with baking soda and start the chemical reaction to producce carbon dioxide and give batters a lift as they bake. Vegan cake does not have eggs in it to rise the cake up.

After the ingredients are all well mixed, it's time to put it in the oven to bake. But do remember one thing, this chocolate cake will not be too tall like normal cake. Don't panic! It's normal :) After your cake is out of the oven, it's time to glaze it. Prepare the glaze in a small sauce pan, bring sugar, margarine, milk, and cocoa to a boil. Stir frequently; then reduce heat to a simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. It'll look gloppy, but it's just the bubbles! Remove it from heat and stir for another 5 minutes. Add vanilla, stir, and immediately pour onto cake. Glaze dries really quickly, so spread it immediately and add any sprinkles now. Let it cool for 30 minutes and 'wolla' your cake is ready to be indulged!

I have included the photo of the cake we did and also the link to the more detailed recipe site as I can't recall everything. Hope you'll enjoy trying it!

As I was wondering what to blog today, I thought of how much everyone loves colors and foods. Colors are creation of God which has unexplained beauty and immense feelings. Meanwhile foods are Human creation which has been growing on it's variety and amount to feed the hungry world :) Here are some rainbow colored foods no one would resist!
